1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in programs, field trips, and community events organized by Pillar & Kloud Homeschool Support Services Inc. may involve physical activity, outdoor play, and shared environments. I accept all risks associated with participation for myself and my child(ren), including injury or illness.

I acknowledge that Pillar & Kloud Homeschool Support Services Inc is not a licensed child care provider. Unless otherwise stated, I am responsible for supervising my child(ren) at all times during programs and events.

I release and hold harmless Pillar & Kloud Homeschool Support Services Inc, its team, volunteers, partners, and affiliated venues from any claims related to injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from participation in any program or event.

I agree not to attend programs if myself or any member of my household is ill or experiencing symptoms. I understand that while basic safety measures may be in place, shared or public settings carry inherent risks.
